Refund policy

At Valryn London, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. This Returns Policy explains our procedures and conditions clearly.

Return Conditions

A return request may only be submitted after you have physically received your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
Trying on an item is permitted; however, wearing an item beyond fitting is not allowed.
Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Please contact us at info@valrynlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
After your request has been approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.
Return the item at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved as meeting our return conditions, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Liability

Valryn London is not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the provided return address.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect shipping address has been provided, this must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
